ALLIONCE (Alada Baskin x Equitie, by Medalion)

Allionce moved up six positions, on the Arabian Breed's 1998 Leading Juvenile Sires list, from 10th in '97 to 4th in '98. He was also #1 on the Cal-Bred Honor Roll of Stallions in '98. His owner, Toni Wessell of Ancient Oak Farms, is understandably proud of him. "Allionce is a standout on many levels. As an individual, he possesses overall quality and beauty coupled with crowd-pleasing charisma and athletic prowess. His wonderful front end, laid-back shoulder, and long hooky neck are his trademarks. He also has great willingness to work. That, when added to his natural trotting ability and beauty, result in a happy, gorgeous athlete," she comments. Allionce is siring his own strengths in his winning get. "Almost all of the Allionce foals have his look," Wessell says.

"They are upright, good-moving, smart and friendly. They generally have good length of leg, width between large eyes, and upright necks. The ones that are old enough to ride are proving to be willing performers and successful show horses, so his tractability is also being passed on to his get. With so many different Allionce offspring winning honors across the country, he is obviously doing a good job siring quality purebreds, Half-Arabians, and National Show Horses."
